Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Fantasy Walk Android app provided by Melanie Siekmöller, 32791 Lage, Germany. Contact: earlyowlsoftware@gmail.com.

1. Use of the app

Fantasy Walk is a walking role-playing game. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. You are responsible for using the app safely and for complying with applicable laws and Google Play rules.

2. Guild Pass subscription

The optional Guild Pass is offered as a monthly or annual subscription through Google Play. The current price, billing period, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled in Google Play before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; refunds are handled according to Google Play's rules.

3. RevenueCat and Google Play

RevenueCat provides technical subscription management, entitlement checks, and restoration. Google Play processes the purchase and billing. A subscription may be unavailable if the relevant platform, account, or technical service is unavailable. Details about data processing are provided in our Privacy Policy.

4. Guild visibility

Guild members can voluntarily share their fantasy-world position and selected profile information with other guild members. You control this setting in the app. Do not use shared information to harass, identify, or contact other players outside the intended game feature.

5. Intellectual property

The app, its software, texts, artwork, characters, and game content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided without a guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through suitable means. Questions can be sent to the contact address above.
